#12 LehighMatScouts Crystal Ball projected 2027 NCAA top 15 (Willie Saylor), mid-summer update
Luke Stanich signed with Lehigh as the seventy fourth ranked recruit in his class. Last March he finished third in the country at 141. That is the Lehigh pitch in one sentence: this program does more with the wrestlers nobody fought over, and the development score, fifteenth of seventy eight, backs it up.
They won the EIWA and finished sixteenth nationally, and 19 of those 26.5 points return with Stanich and Logan Rozynski. Ryan Crookham, an All-American in 2024, entered the portal in April and his destination is still unresolved. Twelfth says the development keeps working even when the roster does not sit still.
Of the 26.5 team points Lehigh scored at the 2026 NCAA Championships, wrestlers accounting for 19 points (72%) are back in the room this season. 7.5 points walked out the door. Hover over the bar for the breakdown.

Impact score is our model’s one-number rating of a wrestler’s season, earned in the conference tournament and the NCAA bracket: the deeper the March run, the higher the score. Luke Stanich’s 128 was the best returning score on this roster last season.
Add up every season this roster wrestled in 2025-26 and it comes to 461 impact. 242 of it (52%) is already back in the room, 219 walked out the door through the portal.

Impact score is our model’s rating of a season: the 2025-26 number is what they earned, the 2026-27 number is what the model expects next.
